The organization
A group therapy and coaching practice serving LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and non-traditional clients, online and in person across several states.
The challenge
New clients faced a long, undifferentiated list of clinicians, the same booking button repeated everywhere and a blog with no topics. People didn’t know where to start.
What I did
- A directory clients can filter by specialty, format and availability
- One clear, calm path to a free consultation
- A journal organized into easy-to-browse topics
- A free-guide email signup to stay in touch
- Ongoing care: safe updates, backups and security monitoring
This is an anonymized concept based on a real client project, using the client’s original colors and style. The name, logo and copy have been changed, and photos are licensed stock images.
